The NRS Mowbray Lite Toilet Frame with Seat is a height adjustable toilet aid designed to make the bathroom a safer, more accessible space. Supplied assembled and ready to use, it fits over most standard domestic toilets, raising the seat height to reduce the effort required when sitting down and standing up – an important benefit for people with reduced mobility, joint pain, or limited lower limb strength.

The ergonomically designed, sloped seat is shaped to encourage a comfortable sitting posture and is easy to keep hygienic. The integral arms sit either side of the user, offering a stable surface to push up from or lower down onto, supporting greater independence with toileting.

The seat height is adjustable from 430 mm to 585 mm (16″ to 22″), and the frame height adjusts from 610 mm to 770 mm (24″ to 30″), accommodating a range of users and toilet configurations. The seat measures 406 mm x 450 mm (16″ x 17¾”) with an aperture of 260 mm x 220 mm (10″ x 8½”), and the width between arms is 450 mm (17¾”). The frame footprint measures 520 mm (20½”) wide by 515 mm to 565 mm (20″ to 22″) deep.

Constructed from a metal frame with a plastic moulded seat, the Mowbray Lite is built to support users up to a maximum weight of 190 kg (30 st). It carries a 24-month warranty, reflecting its quality and reliability.

Cleaning and infection control is straightforward – the product can be wiped with a non-abrasive cleaner for routine maintenance, disinfected using a dilute bleach solution (rinse thoroughly after), and is suitable for thermal decontamination up to 70°C. Always ensure the product is fully dry before use or storage.

Safety notes: all legs must be set at an equal height to prevent rocking. Do not attempt to stand or climb on the frame. Maximum user weight must not exceed 190 kg (30 st).
