The NRS Shower Chair is a practical and reliable bathing aid designed to provide safe, comfortable seating in the shower for people who find standing difficult or tiring. With a clean white finish and a robust powder-coated tubular steel frame, this chair is built to withstand regular use in wet environments while remaining easy to maintain.

The seat height is fully adjustable, ranging from 45 cm to 60 cm (17¾” to 23½”), allowing the chair to be set at the most comfortable and supportive position for each individual user. The moulded plastic seat measures 44 cm wide and 44 cm deep, providing a generous seating area, and is fitted with drainage holes to allow water to flow away freely during use. A supportive backrest of 370 mm (14½”) helps users maintain a comfortable, upright posture throughout bathing.

Integral arm supports sit 200 mm (7¾”) above the seat, offering a secure place to rest the arms and providing reassurance when sitting down or standing up. The width between the arms is 500 mm (19¾”), ensuring there is ample space for comfortable seating and easy transfers.

Anti-slip ferrules are fitted to all four legs, providing additional stability and grip on wet bathroom surfaces. This gives both the user and their carer greater confidence during use.

One of the standout practical features of this shower chair is its stackable design. Chairs can be stacked on top of one another when not in use, making storage far more efficient in care homes, rehabilitation centres, or anywhere space is at a premium. This also makes transportation between rooms or facilities straightforward.
